Good one. I found 3 on first reading, as does just about everyone. But as I knew it was a puzzle I knew that 3 was probably wrong, so I re-read it. And lo and behold the OFs jumped out at me from their hiding places.
What is interesting about it are the obfuscating measures. That is, the strange line-breaks. I'm not sure they are absolutely necessary, but they do help to distract your focus. It reminds me of those pictures shown by [who? I can't remember] where there is a street scene, a splat, and then the same scene with something changed. Without the splat the change is obvious, but with it it entirely obscured.
I like the tale of the chap who read it backwards - I shall try that when proofreading my next paper. :)
