I'm now in Manly, Sydney, Australia. What a wonderful place, I haven't worn socks since I got off the plane!

Good to see you are back blogging and enjoying Oz!
That paper link does look interesting from the perspective that it is by a researcher at Bloomington where Olaf Sporns is based. Now, of course Olaf owes some of his interest in Info-Theory to you, so, you should get some credit here!!
PS - it is those little Aussie grass snakes you need to be worried about, not huge pythons :-)
